114 FIT FOR DUTY

114.1 Basis for Fit for Duty

The City reserves the right to require any employee to submit to a fit for duty examination as deemed necessary to ascertain whether the employee is able to fulfill all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. The examination shall be performed by the City's medical professional.

114.2 Results Confidential

Human Resources shall coordinate the fit for duty analysis. All results shall remain confidential and only an affirmative or negative result or reasonable accommodation shall be reported to the Department Director and supervisors.
