414 USE OF CITY EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY

414.1 Use

Equipment, machinery, tools, etc. belonging to the City of Lee's Summit will not be loaned for private use to individuals or to private businesses or concerns.

414.2 Damage

Costs resulting from willful misuse of equipment or property may be charged to the employee responsible for the damage. Willful misuse will be determined by the Assistant City Manager and Department Director, after investigation and review of alleged misuse.
