305 JURY DUTY

305.1 Jury Duty

In the event an employee is required to serve on jury duty, the employee shall be granted such time off from work and shall receive regular pay. Any remuneration received by the employee for personal services while serving as a juror on any day the employee also receives compensation from the City shall remain the property of the employee.
