  1. Configuration of Moodle Site
    1.  Admin Settings (Adjustments from  Defaults)
      1. Active Registration - Self Registration-ON
        1. Restricted to allow only users in cityofls.net and lees-summit.mo.us domains to register.
        2. Restriction is maintained even if user changes email address (must change to an allowed domain email address only.
    2. Assign Roles.
      1. Site
      2. Categories.  To assign roles to a category.
        1. This is difficult to find.     You access it via Courses->Add/edit courses.   Click an existing course category name, where you will see all courses in this category.   Then click the assign roles option on the left of the screen (it is not an icon, as role management is in all other places)
